Learn the Basics of Food Safety & Hygiene
Our Food Safety Award Level 2 Course is designed to train you according to the requirements set by the Chartered Institute of Environmental Health (CIEH). EU Regulation 852/2004 Hygiene for Foodstuffs requires Food Businesses to make sure that any staff who handles food are supervised, instructed and trained in Food Hygiene in a way that is appropriate to the work they do.
Anyone who works with food required to attend Food Safety Award Level 2 Course and has a special responsibility for safeguarding the health of consumers and to ensure that the food they serve or sell is safe to eat. The CIEH enables trainers and centres to provide effective food safety training.
